Since its founding, Eolisa Space has operated with the conviction that science demands not only ambition, but also discipline, clarity of purpose, and a collective respect for shared responsibility. From the outset, our mission has been clear: to create an environment where visionary projects can take root and where contributors are empowered to advance knowledge that benefits all humanity.

For years, our presence in Türkiye represented this aspiration. It also revealed the critical importance of maintaining uncompromising operational standards in the face of any adversity.

1. A Record of Persistent Structural Failures

Despite the dedication of some individuals, sustained internal reviews and documented observations have demonstrated pervasive failures in accountability, participation, and communication. These included:

• Chronic delays in the execution of essential tasks.

• Failure to provide basic status updates.

• Repeated disregard of clearly defined obligations and timeframes.

These issues were not speculative: they were substantiated by written records, transparent warnings, and multiple opportunities for course correction. Even after granting an eight-day final review period in June 2025, no actionable engagement was received from the majority of participants.

2. Dissolution of the Science Team and End of Türkiye Operations

On July 6, 2025, Sentinel Alpha, acting under its oversight mandate, formally dissolved the Science Team and all associated teams in Türkiye. This decision was final, irrevocable, and necessary to protect the operational integrity of Eolisa Space.

Effective immediately, Eolisa Space is terminating all active and planned activities within Türkiye. No further collaborations, partnerships, or development programs will be maintained or initiated in this jurisdiction.

3. The POWH Project: Legacy and Commitment

Among the most consequential initiatives affected by this decision is the POWH Project. This project, which combined theoretical research and applied mathematics to explore novel frontiers in physics, stood as a testament to what determined contributors can achieve even as students working under complex conditions.

While the project has been paused in Türkiye, Eolisa Space affirms the following:

• We do not intend for this work to be lost, obscured, or abandoned.

• Instead, the POWH Project will be prepared for public release as a resource for the broader scientific community.

• A comprehensive record of the project’s objectives, methodologies, technical milestones, and theoretical foundations including all white papers and supporting documentation will be published.

• This publication will occur no later than August 2025 and will serve as both an acknowledgment of those who contributed in good faith and as an open contribution to human knowledge.

This is not merely an act of closure; it is an affirmation that ideas, once brought to life, must not be buried in silence.

4. Gratitude and Recognition

Eolisa Space recognizes that, even amid systemic challenges, there were individuals who contributed their time, intellect, and passion. To those who upheld their commitments and advanced our mission with integrity: we extend our sincere appreciation.

It is equally important to state without ambiguity that no personal animosity drives this decision. Instead, it is guided by our unshakable obligation to maintain institutional credibility and protect the values that have defined Eolisa Space since inception.

5. The Road Ahead

Moving forward, our organization will concentrate all efforts on:

• Establishing a fully integrated operational hub in the United States.

• Developing a new administrative and research center in Europe.

• Advancing our mission with the highest standards of transparency, discipline, and resilience.

Our leadership remains committed to honoring the principles on which Eolisa Space was founded. President Onur Evgin, despite the extraordinary personal and professional burdens he has carried, will continue to guide this transition with the same resolve that shaped our earliest achievements.

We enter this next phase with clarity of purpose, a deep respect for those who walked this path with us, and the certainty that our work when executed with integrity can endure any challenge.
